Day Care Referral Procedure
Our referrals come from Norfolk and Suffolk.
Most referrals come via a Social Worker. We also take private patients.

All our new referrals are assessed in their homes prior to attending day care.

We welcome anyone who would like to look a round day care prior to attending.

A wide range of therapeutic activities to encourage both physical and mental stimulation
Our day care service will help individuals to remain living in their own homes

Daycare is equally beneficial to family members who provide care at home, enabling them to enjoy a well deserved break in the knowledge that their relative is in a safe environment

Bathing Service
We are now also able to offer a bathing service tailored to your individual needs at All Hallows Nursing Home Day Care.
